Hello! My name is Gentillesse I am a Licensed Esthetician. I have held a life long passion for esthetics, and I decided to go into the field of skincare when I truly saw how healing and gratifying the process was inside & out for self confidence,love, & rejuvenation. Every individual is different and I see it as an opportunity to bring balance & relaxation to the mind,body, & soul. As well as education! I love that I can customize treatments tailored to each clients concerns and their goals. I make it my soul promise to have my sessions and consultations be a judge free zone & a place where you can relax and realize that the time you have with me is all about you & you only . Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via text or email.  Any cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% for the scheduled service. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. If you agree to receive emails and texts from me, I have an automated appointment reminder that goes out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as well as 24 hours before. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show, your credit card we have on file will be charge at the time of checkout. If the cancellation fee or no show fee is declined you will be sent an invoice of the balance and will be placed on the waitlist until the balance is paid. Late Policy If you are 10 or more minutes late, you will be required to reschedule regardless.  If you fail to contact me and it is 10 minutes past your appointment time, you will be considered a no show and will be charged 50% for the service regardless of if you arrive or contact me after the 10 minute window.  Arriving late cuts into your session time, and its unfair to run into the appointment time reserved by the following client. Please be on time to your appointments, every minute matters.
