Cancellation Policy
At Rejuvination Skincare, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking:
Cancellation Policy
• A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 100% service charge.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying other clients.
Deposit Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Deposits go toward the total cost of your service.
• Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow appointment policies.
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.
All fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
